Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 4 months old | 57 lbs
I am feeling hopeless as I am unable to cure my dogs yeast infection even after giving him injection, anti yeast medication. His skin is becoming black due to pigmentation. The progress in body is reducing though I see a red skin next to his mouth now. I am really very worried as the doc said he can't do anything because he gave him a injection for malassezia dermatitis. I feel like crying

I don't know if yeast is the definitive diagnosis for this or not. There is no way to tell from a photo. Looks more bacterial to me. I know you are upset, but it really does not look that serious. I suggest you get this product and give it a try. It is antifungal and antibacterial so should cover all the bases.
