My young cat has yellow belly, not eating, and seems in pain. Help!

Question

my cat is young and he is acting very weird. he barely walks and eat. we need to use a tube to let him drink water. his fur on his belly got yellow and his fur is white. we dont have much money to give him enough medications though. he's laying down on the floor and he growls at the same time as if he was in pain. Please help my cat. Im verry worried about him. it all started 2 days ago. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male

Poor Sky. If his belly is yellow, he could have liver problems. He sounds extremely sick, and if you don't have the money to treat him, letting him go peacefully may be best for him. You cannot leave him in this condition, it sounds like he is suffering.
