It seems like my 3 weeks old kitten drank spoiled milk at night made in the morning, ( the milk in the bottle smelled soury. ) Now I don't feel her very energized as before and I'm getting worried. What can I do? I just fed her newly prepared milk just now and a very small amount of water.

Keep an eye on her for now, and if she is still lethargic in the morning, have her seen by a vet. If she starts vomiting, has diarrhea, or refuses to eat, have her seen by a vet immediately. Best of luck.

Goat milk, even if condensated, is not toxic to kittens but it may cause bad gastroenteritis. If she is unsteady on legs and very lethargic you should take her to your local vets to check her over. Otherwise you should offer her small amount of food and water and monitor her at home for the next few hours. She should fully recover and be back to normal in 24-48hrs.
