This isn't an emergency or a possible illness but it's been concerning me that my 7 week only Champagne red eyed Dumbo rat has curly whiskers... Rats rely heavily on their whiskers as to why its concerning me, Can you help and tell me if this is common?

Rats can have curly whiskers and the ones that do tend to be normal and have the same quality of life as rats with normal whiskers. Most of the time, this is genetic. If the whiskers were normal and are now curling, check the cage for anything that could be causing injury or that the whiskers may be getting trapped in. I hope this helps.
