As birds are excellent at hiding illness and home treatment hasn't helped, it would be best to bring Mia in for care at a local vet. Changes in stool color can indicate issues such as parasites, illness, organ problems, etc and if she is very lethargic and sleepy, she likely isn't feeling well. Until you can get to your vet, keeping her calm, quiet, and eating and drinking may help. If she is housed with any other birds, moving her to a hospital cage is also a good idea to prevent the spread of any illness and keep her from being picked on.

With that long list of symptoms it's possible your bird isn't feeling well. It would be best to have her examined by a vet in your area to rule out issues such as parasites, infections, illnesses, etc that could be causing so many symptoms, especially if she seems listless or is constantly fluffed up. Moving her to a hospital cage that is kept warm and with easy access to food and water can help until you can get into your vet.
