Why is my dog lethargic, in pain, not eating, with normal vet tests?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 1 year and 8 months old | 31 lbs

Hi! My english setter mix is 2y old. She is lethargic, does not move from her bed, and yelps when moved by hand. She also has a very low appettite and drinks less water, which is weird due to high temperatures currently. I took her to the vet and we did blood tests for various dieases, measured temperature and gave her a vitamin shot. All tests came back negative. She is also vaccinated and treated for parasytes regularly. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you, Luka

It definitely sounds like Lyra is sick, but her symptoms aren’t consistent with any specific disease process. I would recommend taking her back to the vet. Rechecking lab values will be helpful to see if there are any changes, and IV fluids would be helpful to fight inflammation and dehydration. She may need additional diagnostics like x-rays or an ultrasound to see what could be going on internally.
