Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | spayed | 5 years and 11 months old | 80 lbs
My Lab has a systemic disease that looks like mast cell tumors but they are all over her head. Two were removed today, one last month on her back, and when they shaved her head, there are multiple bumps forming. what form of treatment should I consider because I am already giving her a low carb high protein diet, CBD oil, and a supplement for the immune system.

If they are mast cell tumors that is cancer and she needs chemotherapy. What you are already doing is OK but it's not going to "cure" the cancer. Were the removed masses sent to a lab for histopathology? You need to know what they are before you can decided how to treat it.
