My 1-week-old kitten has shut eyes and white eye discharge. Help!

You My kitty is a week old and all his siblings opens their eyes already and I noticed his eyes more shut with like mucus so I cleaned it and a white substance came out

A week is young to have eyes open, they should not stop opening until around 2-3 weeks of age. It could be this kitten has an eye infection. Do NOT open Cy's eyes, and have him seen by a vet immediately. Take his mother and siblings with him to the appointment.
