My dog ate a napkin. Should I worry if she's not vomiting?

Pet's info: Dog | Beagle | Female | unspayed | 10 months and 30 days old | 6 lbs

my 20 pound beagle ate a napkin from a fast food restaurant it wasnt shredded ahe chewed it for a few and swallowed it and we gave her peroxide twice but she hasnt vomitt and thats unusual she usually always vomitts with peroxide what else should i do any emergency vet clinic is over an hour away she is playing and acting normal right now im really worried

The napkin that Lucy ate should pass without problem, but do not giving her any more peroxide. If you are really worried, you can take her into an ER vet clinic now to get a shot to induce vomiting, but it's also fine to keep an eye on her.
