Is my dog's armpit hair loss and red skin a fungal infection?

My dog is having hair loss around the armpits and some dry flaky skin. The bold spots also look red and sore. Do you know if that might be a fungus infection? Pet's info: Dog | Canary Island Warren Hound | Female | spayed | 90 lbs

It could be a fungal infection, but it could also be a yeast infection or allergies. Without seeing Maci in person, I can't say for certain. I'd have her checked out by a vet to be safe. Best of luck.
