I can't tell if you mean the mom or the kittens. If mom keeps shutting her eyes, it may be because she is stressed or trying to relax or because she doesn't feel well. If it is the kittens, it may be normal or it may be a sign that there is irritation or an infection getting started. To be sure, I would have them all examined by the vet to see if it is something to worry about.
