Why is my dog vomiting and in pain after a seizure? Is it serious?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | unneutered | 15 lbs

He had a seizure 2 weeks ago and he has been occasionally vomiting and wines when I pick him up or move him is this serious? What do you think is wrong with him?

I am sorry to hear about Oreo. I am concerned given the information you are providing about Oreo. Seizures are always concerning and can have many different causes https://veterinarypartner.vin.com/default.aspx?pid=19239&id=4951440 , as can vomiting https://www.petcoach.co/article/vomiting-in-dogs/. The fact that he seems painful as well is also concerning. A good physical examination may help the vet localize his pain (it could be gastroinstestinal pain if he has been vomiting, or pain from muscles/joints/spine/etc.) and based on their exam they may recommend testing such as bloodwork or x-rays.
