My puppy is crying, weak, shaking, and has a head tilt. Is it serious?

My puppy is crying 247 and is pain and uncomfortable looks weak and loses balance I think neurological problems shakes alot head tilt

Please take this puppy to a vet. This sounds very serious. There is nothing that we can tell you to do over the internet to treat a neurological issue. It could be due to a parasite or virus or any number of other things. You can't let him continue to cry in pain that is very cruel. If he can't be treated you should consider humane euthanasia. Can you post again with your exact location so I can see if I can find a clinic to help you in your area?
