I need photos of the vitamins - they are likely causing the vomiting. I want to help you but I need to know what the vitamins are. Please, post some photos of the vitamin you are giving and how much you are giving. If the puppy is at least 8 weeks old you can bathe fully. ( https://thehappypuppysite.com/puppy-bath/ )

I cannot find dosing information on this product anywhere on the internet. We do not use it in the US so I'm not sure where you are located. It is important for you to be truthful about where you are located so we can help you better. I think the vitamin may likely be the cause of the puppy vomiting but of course, she could be vomiting for any number of reasons. Has she been tested for Parvo? I suggest you get her back to the vet for more testing including a parvo test and a CBC to check for infection.
