Pet's info: Dog | Shiba Inu | Female | unspayed | 2 years and 4 months old
Hello, I am the owner of a 2 yr old female Shiba Inu. When she was 6-7 months, she started balding at the center of her stomach below her two front paws. At the time the vet assessed it as the harness being too tight. I allowed the vet to shave the area to take a better look and was assured that the hair would grow back. The hair has not grown back yet and I just little seed like pods nestled in the same area that I can easily press out. Can you please assist me?

It really just looks like a mild skin infection/ingrown hairs. I would try using these medicated pads on these areas for a couple weeks to see if it helps. Definitely keep the harness off for now to minimize rubbing. I would start with this and see how she responds.
