My dog's tail hair is lighter, longer, and shedding. Is it normal?

My dog Thor has these new parts of his tail that are longer and lighter colored than the rest. While examining the hair comes off rather easily. He has been shedding more lately. He is also a whippet mix with some corgi and husky. I just want to make sure it isn't somthing to be worried about.

Nothing to be worried about as this could be only seasonal shedding with no consequences at all. Make sure there are no clinical signs like itch, skin lesions of any sort or any systemic signs like lethargy or inappetence.
