Kitten's swollen eye burst with gunk and blood. Is it an emergency?

Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | 4 months and 20 days old | 4 lbs

My vet gave me some antibiotics for my kitten's eye which has a swelling and swollen, the kitten named Izzy is 5 months old then tonite it looks like a load of gunk came out and a little bit of blood wit hit a bit like bursting a pimple with us humans, i cannot get a picture at the moment, she is eating, drinking, going to the toilet as normal and being her normal self.

That does not sound good. Sounds like the eye may be ruptured :( It is very important to get her to your vet as soon as possible. If she doesn't seem in pain you probably don't have to rush her to the ER but definitely have her seen by your vet as soon as they open tomorrow.
