Why does my 9-week-old puppy have lumps on face and anal sore?

hi there, my 9 week old puppy has just a developed a pimple looking sore on her anus. She also has 2 large lumps on the left side of her face. Please tell me what these are, I've provided photos. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 7 days old | 1.6 lbs

I am sorry to hear about your puppy! These look like they could be pustules, or little pockets of infection. We can also occasionally see things like ringworm (a fungus) cause raised lesions, or foreign bodies like grass awns that migrate into the skin and cause swelling and infection. It is definitely odd! I would recommend bringing her to a veterinarian for an exam, as she may need to have the areas drained/tested and may need antibiotics to treat this.
