My dog has worms again, dragging butt, and short rice-like worms?

Pet's info: Dog | American Bully | Male | unneutered | 5 months and 17 days old | 55 lbs

My dog keeps getting worms he very active he rubb his butt against the floor and had short little wide worms in his pop. My vet gave to pills like they do all the time but it’s not helping I thought it was his food but it’s not so Idk wat it is can you help me pls

If you see short, rice-like worms in Kilo's stools or around his anus, then these are likely tapeworms. A simple medication like praziquantel will kill the worms living in his GI tract, but it doesn't prevent him from getting re-infected with worms. The most common cause of reinfection is secondary to fleas, so Kilo also needs to be on a good-quality flea preventative. https://www.petcoach.co/article/tapeworms/
