Why is my bulldog peeing blood and in pain with kidney stone history?

Pet's info: Dog | Olde English Bulldogge | Male | unneutered | 3 years and 4 months old | 84 lbs

My Old English Bulldog is peeing out blood and is in major pain. His name is Dually he is 3 years old and has had kidney stones two times before.

These signs may be compatible with a urinary tract infection/inflammation and possibly urinary tract stones may be present again causing inflammation/infection of the kidneys. A clinical examination at your local veterinarian is essential to confirm these clinical suspicions and treat appropriately. Antibiotics and abdominal ultrasound may be needed.
