Pug with pyometra, low income. What are my options for urgent help?

Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Female | unspayed | 10 years and 2 months old | 18 lbs

On Thursday my 10 yo pug was diagnosed with open pymetra and I am low income, the vet didn't do anything.but they gave me amoxicil and cipro and told me if she gets worse to take her for emergency surgery. Every time she vomited the cipro,she was able to keep the amox down, by 12 am Sunday she was at death door! labored breathing and was so weak she could not Stand. We held her up and she was pee.By lateshe was perky able to Walk & pee. She was the same Mon Today her belly is bloat no poo Saturd

The cervix may have closed making it a "closed pyometra" in which case they get more sick. She could also have septicemia where the bacteria is now in her bloodstream. Please take her for help. This is not likely something that is going to go away with amoxicillin. There are plenty of low cost spay/neuter clinics that will do surgery on a pyometra. There are also plenty of organization that offer financial help to people that need to pay vet bills.
