My hamster has a swollen cheek and is lethargic. Should I see a vet?

Hello, i have a hamster and this 3 days she sleeps a lot day and night only takes a few breaks just to eat and drink but doesnt exercise. Today when she went out to eat before she could take some food i took her and noticed she had her right cheek swollen. Is she okay or should i take her to the vet?

Thanks for reaching out about Mango and including a photo. With the picture, eyes appear closed, likely due to illness. A swollen cheek can be due to food but also a possible infection. A veterinary visit is recommended. Good luck.
