So, today coming back from work I saw a Bee-Eater on the street near my house struggling to move or fly, so I took it home and it's barely moving, its eyes are closed and it is shaking. The temperature outside is 39°c and I don't know what it other than insects I gave it water it was not drinking at the beginning but it is now.

All you can do really is make sure it takes in some water and then let it go back outside. Too much handling can cause them to die from stress. He may have been stunned by flying into something when you picked him up but will recover with some shade and water for a few hours.
