My indoor cat got outside, now he's acting strange. What's wrong?

Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered | 5 years and 2 months old | 13 lbs

So Crowley had gotten outside for a couple of hours and we finally found him, he seems okay just not completely his normal self. Is it normal for cats who never go outside to be like that? He’s still eating but just not as attentive

If only Crowley could talk! It’s impossible to know if this is related to stress, anxiety or if he got into something toxic. If something does not seem normal, I recommend to play it safe and have him examined by the veterinarian. Best of luck.
