My kitten can't move and meows after heat. Is it an emergency?

My baya cats were in a hot place yesterday now a baby can't move but he makes sound. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female

This sounds like an emergency. Tom needs to see the veterinarian quickly. It's possible he had heat stroke but other causes are also possible (poison, ruptured tumor...many other causes).
