My cat gets eye boogers mainly in only one eye. When he wakes up from sleep usually that one eye is always squinting. Today I noticed when he woke up that eye was pink. He also has a runny nose and has been throwing up

Poor Ladoo sounds sick. It sounds like he has an eye infection, may also have a respiratory infection causing the runny nose, and a GI infection causing the vomiting. With all of these signs, he needs to see a vet. Please take him into one immediately.
