Pet's info: Dog | Siberian Husky | Female | unspayed
Hi,my 6 month old husky is having hard time adapting to warmer weather.Since the weather started being very hot in the last few days she started to breath very fast and now has constipation.She is still very active and she has enought shade to keep her from the sun.We visited a vet a week before these problems started and everything was fine.I don't know what to do.How can I help her?

Poor Rea! I recommend to call your veterinarian and tell them what you are seeing. Constipation is not common in dogs and can actually be diarrhea. Additionally, constipation is not expected to be related to temperature and may be a completely different problem. You need to make sure Rea has access to air conditioning or other cooling measures. She also needs an area with plenty of shade and water.
