My chihuahua has a nose bump and sneezing. Should I see the vet again?

My chihuahua is 7 years old. Had complete physical a month ago. Sneezing with clear liquid coming from nose. Also has bump along sinus area of nose. Saw emergency vet on vacation and was diagnosed with upper respiratory given antibiotic shot. Still one week later bump on nose still exists and she sneezes still like trying to clear her nasal passage. They have not done xray on nasal passage. What do you advise. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua (Smooth Coat) | Female | spayed | 7 years and 2 months old | 9 lbs

The formation of a bump is concerning for a growth within the sinus or perhaps the body trying to wall off something that has gotten stuck in the passage way (like a grass seed). I recommend to have Rae examined again by the veterinarian. Radiographs are likely the next step to visualize the sinuses and the bones. Best of luck.
