When can my 15-week-old puppy safely walk outside after vaccinations?

Pet's info: Dog | Brussels Griffon | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 15 days old | 5 lbs

I just want to know when my puppy is cleared to go on walks outside. He is 15 weeks old and he has had 3 sets of the : Distemper/Adenovirus/Parvo/Parainfluenza and one set of Lepto and Bordatella. We live in Brooklyn NY

Hank is not yet fully vaccinated so you still need to use caution. Each vaccine does provide protection but this will not be complete until all the vaccines are given. Additionally, it take 10-14 days before the vaccines actually take effect. I recommend to continue restricting the areas he is allowed until the vaccines have all been completed and taken effect. Avoid areas where many dogs use the bathroom since these areas will be more at risk for parvovirus. He is allowed to meet other dogs who are healthy and up to date on vaccines. I hope this helps.
