The recommended oral dosage of amoxicillin/clavulanic acid per kg of body weight is 6.25 mg twice daily. That translates to 185 mg per dose, the volume will depend on the milligrams per milliliter concentration. If your Clavamox is 50 mg/ml that is 3.7ml per dose.
