Moving: Should I take the injured stray cat I've been feeding?

Hello! There is a stray cat that we have been feeding for the past 6 years. She is badly injured probably due to a cat fight and I believe that she fully depends on us for food right now and she is healing and doesnt leave our garden. We are moving houses in a few days. We dont know whether we should take her with us or let her be as she is a stray. Could you provide some advice? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed
