My puppy keeps throwing up daily. Is it the heat or his food?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Dog | Beagle | Male | unneutered | 7 months and 1 day old | 53.7 lbs

It's been a week my puppy pukes once a day. We took him to the vet he gave him some injection and medicine post which he was healthy. But today he puked again in the morning. He is pooping normal and we have been giving him curd and rice from the time his stomach has been upset. What could be the reason. It's 45degrees Celsius here in North India. Could it be the heat or something else?

Heat can certainly cause vomiting and stress so making sure Aura is kept in a cool, shaded place and provided with plenty of water or even a cool mist may help. I would also discontinue feeding curd as dairy products are extremely hard on pet's bodies and can cause vomiting, diarrhea and GI upset. Feeding Aura a balanced diet formulated for puppies is best to do instead to make sure he gets the right balance of nutrients to stay healthy.
