Found a stray cat with kittens. What should I feed and how to care?

hello there i just found here in my garden a cat with her kitten and she seems to be so friendly and hungry i only gave her some milk and somebody told me i cant feed her milk its not good for her i haven't got any cat before... what should i feed her and what things i have to take care of

I would recommend offering her fresh water and a commercially available cat food if you are planning on taking care of her. Milk is not toxic to cats but may cause gastrointestinal upset in some cats if given in large amounts. I would also recommend an examination by a veterinarian and a rabies vaccine for her and her kitten if you plan on taking these cats in as your own/providing them with shelter and care.
