My senior dog has neck lumps. Should I panic? How can I afford vet?

Pet's info: Dog | Jack Russell Terrier | Male | unneutered | 11 years and 3 months old

Hi my 11 year old jack russell has recently developed 3 lumps in his neck.....2 on the left and one on the right....he's had them for about a week now...the one on the right has gone....but the two on the left are still there....as i wont get paid til the end of the month i can't afford to take him to the vets....should i be panicking???

The problem with a senior dog is there is always a chance any lump could be malignant. I think having Seamus seen by a vet before the end of the month is best for him.
