Your pet may be crawling on his stomach to stretch his belly out, or he could be doing it to try to itchy his belly. If the skin seems irritated at all, like red or has hair loss, Mr. Brown Oreo may have itchy skin on his stomach that he is trying to relieve. If his skin is normal and he is otherwise acting normally, I would not be concerned. I hope this is helpful!
