What is this red tissue coming out of my female dog's vulva?

Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 3 months old | 60 lbs

Please help! I don't know what to do and I have no money to get her to the vet. Please tell me what this is??!!

It could be vaginal hyperplasia or a vaginal or cervical prolapse. If she can still urinate, it is not a medical emergency, but it will need to be addressed by a vet. If she cannot urinate, then it is a medical emergency and she needs immediate veterinary care. She will likely need to be spayed and may need the tissue tacked back into place depending on the diagnosis.
