Hey doctor My cat name id Bablooo She is pregnant and she has so much hair fall and near her neck the hair has fully fallen and got some red and rough structure on the skin and the important note is SHE IS PREGNANT. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | 1 year and 3 months old | 4 lbs

Babaloo could develop hair loss and the scabs for many reasons. It could be related to fleas, skin mites or an allergy. A bacterial infection is also possible. Unfortunately it is impossible to know the cause without a physical exam. I recommend to have her examined by the veterinarian. Extreme caution must be taken with medication administration because she is pregnant and this could harm the developing kittens. The doctor will be able to best advise the correct course of action once they know the cause. Feeding her a high-quality cat food such as Royal Canin may help with skin health in general but will not address an underlying cause. Best of luck.
