My pregnant dog's nipples are crusty and swollen. Is this normal?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 3 years and 2 months old

What's wrong with my dogs nipples?? She's pregnant and due in about 1-2 weeks. There's also crust at the end of some of her nipples, do I clean them with warm water and cloth to stop them getting infected??? PLEASE help

The crust at the tip is likely colostrum starting to be made. I have never seen the base get large like that, though it could be normal. If you think it may be an infection, Willow should see the vet as it would need oral antibiotics.
