My tortoise has a chin spot. Is it a beak fracture? Should I worry?

Hello, Should I be worried about this spot on his chin? He is very active young russian tortoise and there has been no change in his behavior.

Good photo. Thanks for providing one. It looks like his lower beak has a fracture. I wouldn't necessarily be worried but I do think you should do some treatment to keep it from getting infected. If you get some Betadine solution and dilute it to a weak, light brown color you can use a cotton tipped applicator to wipe inside the defect 2-3 times per day. If it looks worse at any time he may need to have a filler put in the defect. ( https://www.agradi.com/betadine-solution.htm )
