Cat UTI: Can wet food, cranberry, or ACV help before vet visit?

Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | spayed | 2 years and 7 months old | 8 lbs

I think my as uti and the vet won’t be open until Monday, what should I feed her to help her a bit, will wet food mix with cranberry juice or apple cider vinegar help at all

I am sorry to hear about your kitty. It is unlikely any dietary supplement is going to be helpful at this point as it isn't going to treat the UTI. Providing plenty of water (if she doesn't normally drink much then wet food or a water fountain is a good option) and if she becomes lethargic/starts vomiting then a trip to the emergency vet is recommended.
