Why is my pet foaming at the mouth, not eating, and has bad breath?

My pet is having lot of foams in mouth and he is not eating from last 5 days .....he is mouth is smelling very bad..... Pet's info: Dog | Dachshund | Male | 5 years and 5 months old | 13 lbs
