Why is my dog lethargic with yellow eye mucus, cough, and congestion?

6 year old female Lab/Chow mix has yellowish mucus around the eyes,chest congestion with a cough. Loss of appitite,lathargic,and having trouble getting around. Symptoms developed overnight. What is the diagnosis and treatment. Which antibiotics if any? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 50 lbs
