    He is really cute! Being a mixed breed, it is impossible to say for sure what type of dog he is. He looks like he has some terrier in him with that scruffy coat like a cairn terrier. You could do a DNA test on him to see the results but just know this is for fun and not 100% accurate.

Your puppy is very cute! It is important to remember that visual identification is inaccurate 75% of the time. However if I had to guess, I think there is some pitbull terrier in your pup. It is likely that your pup is a mix of several different breeds. It is also possible that boxer or Boston terrier is present in the heritage. I recommend to speak with your veterinarian if genetic testing is available in your area. That is the most accurate way to know the heritage.

What type of dog do i have
First you should know that breed identification by looks alone has been proven to be inaccurate 75% of the time. If I had to guess, I suspect a pit bull type breed and German Shepherd. However Boxer and maybe hound could also be present. If you want to know for sure, look at one of the breed tests such as Wisdom Panel. Beautiful dog!

Hi, thanks for using Boop by Petco! It's really hard to say what Mayor's breed is. The color pattern in seen in Shepard, Rottweiler and Doberman mixes. I think it may be easier to tell as he grows. To me he looks like a shepherd mix. There are DNA tests you can buy over the counter, though I don't think they are super accurate they are at least fun to do. Below is a link to one kind. Can someone please help me, I will like to know what breed is this doggy i’m going to adopt him but right now he lives outside the US and I was just wondering what breed he is :) thank you.
What a cutie!!!! This is strictly as guess as visual identification has been proven to be 75% inaccurate but if I had to guess, he looks like there is hound and possibly Cattle Dog. Its highly unlikely however that he is a 50/50 mix. I bet there are several breeds present within his ancestry! There are many canine genetic companies out there and some are better than others. You will need to check however that they have a canine genetic database from the country where he is coming from as genetic signatures do vary based upon location or origin. Could you tell me what kind of dog you think she is?
It is difficult to say since she is young but a mix including a herding breed would be a guess. You can purchase a canine DNA kit online or in some pet stores. Most are easy and require a simple cheek swab to determine breed(s). More comprehensive (and expensive) DNA tests can be submitted by your veterinarian after a blood sample is drawn.

Yes it is possible to know- there are DNA tests out there you can do on Chowder to determine what he is. They are a little expensive but they are pretty accurate if you are curious to know.
