What helps my senior cat's asthma, allergies, and nasal congestion?

Hi- I have a 15 year old cat who is being treated for asthma and chronic bronchitis as well as seasonal allergies. She takes prednisolone every 3 days. I have Zyrtec and another vet prescribed antihistimine that makes her sleepy to use as needed. I also have little noses decongestant to use prn, I have an albuterol inhaler with a a special spacer for attacks I use rarely. Tonight she seems sniffy. Sometimes I think the antihistamines give her a cough. What do you recommend I use? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 15 years and 2 months old | 12 lbs

If she is just a bit sniffy I would just use the nasal decongestant which I assume is drops? Also, you could just nebulize her by putting her in the bathroom with the hot water running to create steam. Leave her in there about 10 minutes. You can do this 2-3 times per day.
