My corgi puppies are always hungry and sleeping. Is this normal?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

One of my corgi’s is six months old and the other is five months old. I have noticed that lately they have been wanting to eat more and more and sleep a lot. They do get lots of exercise but I thought they were supposed to slow down as they got older? Is this normal? They act like I never feed them.

Yes this sounds normal for growing puppies. Please be careful not to overfeed them as corgis tend to get very overweight and it is not good for their backs. Just because they "act" hungry doesn't mean you should feed them. Hope this helps. Best wishes.
