Hello, my Lily has been to the vet so often and no results yet. They think we are dealing with allergies. We've switched her food to a salmon sweet potato food I wash her (not too often), but she is still itchy around her neck but especially below her paw. Is there some home remedies i cam put on her paw to soothe the itch? Google (I know not always the best) suggested apple cider vinegar? Or baking soda? Or aloe vera? I think there is something in the grass near our condo that was sprayed maybe

The skin in the picture looks pretty raw, so I wouldn't use vinegar or baking soda. Aloe is safe for the skin and if it is ingested. If you see Lily licking, even once, she needs to wear an e-collar while the vet is sorting out the cause for the itching. You may want to talk to the vet about medications for the itch, also, like Apoquel or a short round of steroids. If the areas of itching are limited to one area, then a topical prescription ointment may give her relief. I know how frustrated you feel right now! Hang in there!
