Why is my dog drooling white liquid, lethargic, and not pooping?

Hi. I have a Rottweiler/Pitbull mix who is currently drooling/vomiting a white liquid of the mouth. He hasn’t had a bowel movement for a while and he’s extremely lethargic. He’s had this issue before (minus the vomit) and we have the medecine which helps him have a bowel movement. Is there any specification of what the white liquid may be ?

The white liquid is most likely frothy saliva. With this combination of symptoms, I would recommend that Rocky be examined by a vet. Constipation is possible, but other GI issues like an obstruction or pancreatitis can cause the same symptoms. The vet will do a thorough exam and may recommend abdominal x-rays or blood work to determine what could be going on.
