Dog's crooked walk returned after meds. Is it serious or needs more?

Hi!! We took our dog to the vet a couple weeks ago and told us our dog has an infection, or worst yet a brain tumor. Seems to me like a stroke because her left side of her face is drooping and she walks crooked. Vet gave us antibiotics and steroids and after a few days she was back to normal mostly. Ran out of meds and she is getting back to where she was. Her energy levels are up, unlike before but is starting to walk crooked again, stumble on steps etc. Does she need more meds or major issue?

So sorry this is going on with Jetti but it is difficult for me to answer. I don't have enough of the medical history. I think yes, more steroids are likely needed and she may need to stay on a low dose for quite some time, if not forever. There must be an underlying neurological issue - brain tumor, I don't know. You would need an MRI to get that diagnosed. I suggest you get her back to your vet for a follow-up.
