My dog has a small red spot on her vulva. She seems to be urinating fine. No problem eating. She licks it a little more than normal. When she was around 1-2 she had yeast infection in her ear. Is this something I can treat at home with cleaning it and topical or is it something a vet needs to treat?

I think you can try to treat it at home first. I suggest you use these medicated pads topically. If after 7-10 days there is no improvement or they are worse then your vet should take a look. Hope this helps. Best wishes. ( https://www.allivet.com/p-5393-douxo-chlorhexidine-3-ps-pads-for-dogs-and-cats-30.aspx?SearchTerm=duoxo%20pad+Auto )

I suggest you use these medicated pads on the affected area 1 to 2 times per day until healed. If no improvement then she should be examined by your vet. ( https://www.allivet.com/p-5393-douxo-chlorhexidine-3-ps-pads-for-dogs-and-cats-30.aspx?SearchTerm=duoxo+Auto?SearchTerm=duoxo%20+Auto )
