What are side effects of antibiotics and ear drops for my cat's ear?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 11 months and 13 days old | 7.71618 lbs

my cat has pus in the ear, i took him to a vet and he told me to give him an antibiotic injection " cefaxone' once a day for 4 days the start another antibiotic 'xiamcef' twice a day for 5 days with 3 different ear drops (otal - viotic - dexatrol), would this have any side effects on him?

All medications can have side effects. Different antibiotics can cause GI upset like inappetance, vomiting and diarrhea. Ear drops can be irritating to the ear canal and several have the potential to cause deafness but this is usually transient.
